Whereas, expanded scope of the proposed construction work has resulted in an increased construction cost in conjunction with the Federal State aid Highway Safety Improvement Program construction project for the installation of traffic signal upgrades; now, therefore be it,
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Comptroller is hereby authorized to transfer funds to the project grant chart field as follows:
