WHEREAS, Travaux, Inc (Company) being a subsidiary of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) is still subject to State Procurement Laws; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that Travaux staff is hereby authorized and directed to implement this Procurement Policies and develop procedures to implement this policies; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of Travaux, Inc. hereby approve the Travaux’s Procurement Policies.
