Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said the garage was previously approved by the Commission, but the site needed to changed and the applicant would like to add dormers to the roof. Staff recommends approval with some minor changes to the mullions and the dormer and other conditions listed in the report. Ms. Renata Bunger, the applicant, is fine with the conditions as listed. Grant, with conditions.
