Resolution approving a standard form distribution easement underground for We Energies facilities in Westlawn Gardens and authorizing the Secretary-Executive Director to execute such easement

Body
WHEREAS, Westlawn Gardens is generally situated to the south of West Silver Spring Drive between North 60th Street and North 68th Street and the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) is currently proceeding with redevelopment of Westlawn Gardens; and
WHEREAS, as the redevelopment of Westlawn Gardens -West proceeds, WE Energies will be installing various facilities in substantially the locations depicted on EXHIBIT A; and
WHEREAS, a standard form Distribution Easement Underground for WE Energies facilities in Westlawn Gardens-West is attached as EXHIBIT B; and
WHEREAS, a series of easements to accommodate WE Energies facilities as they are physically constructed will be required and Board of Commissioners of HACM desire to approve and authorize execution of such easements; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee that the form of Distribution Easement Underground attached as EXHIBIT B is hereby approved and the proper officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver such easements, from time to time, in substantially the form attached or in such form and substance as many be approved by the Secretary-Executive Director; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary-Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver such easements on behalf of HACM component entities assisting in the redevelopment of Westlawn Gardens - West in substantially the form attached or in such form and substance as may be approved by the Secretary - Executive Director.
