WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) received 2012, 2013, and 2014 Capital Fund Program Replacement Housing Factor (RHF) grants from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and

WHEREAS, RHF grants are awarded to Public Housing Authorities that have removed units from inventory for the sole purpose of development in public housing units; and

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority used these RHF grants to support the development of public housing, including the acquisition/rehab of a Scattered Site unit as part of our Hope VI Revitalization of Scattered Sites and development of replacement housing units at Westlawn; and

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority submitted a Replacement Housing Factor Accumulation Plan that was approved by HUD on 10/23/13 to extend the obligation and expenditure dates for the RHF grants to August 15, 2019 and August 15, 2021, respectively;

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority obligated and expended these RHF funds by the HUD deadline dates of 8/15/2019 and 8/15/2021, respectively; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee hereby approve the Final Performance and Evaluation Reports for the 2012, 2013, and 2014 Capital Fund Program Replacement Housing Factor grants and close-out documentation; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary-Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to submit the Final Performance and Evaluation Reports for the 2012, 2013, and 2014 Capital Fund Program Replacement Housing Factor g...
