Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Manitoba Street from South 13^th Street to a point 65 feet west

On the east side of North 85^th Street from a point 100 feet north of West Greenbrook Drive to a point 300 feet north thereof from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM on school days except buses

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On West Clayton Crest Avenue from South 26^th Street to South 27^th Street at any time”

“On the north side of West State Street from North 35^th Street to North 46^th Street at any time”

“On the south side of West State Street from North 35^th Street to North 38^th Street at any time”

“On the south side from a point 240 feet east of the east curb line of North 40^th Street extended, to a point 125 feet further east thereof at any time”

“On the south side of West State Street from the east curb line of North 40th Street extended to a point 100 feet east thereof at any time”

“On the south side of West State Street from North 40th Street to North 41^st Street at any time”

“On the south side of West State Street from the west curb line of North 41^st Street to a point 800 feet further west thereof at any time”

“On the north side of West Washington Street from South 6^th Street to a point 100 feet east at any time”

“On the north side of West Washington Street from South 6^th Street to a point 100 feet west at any time”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Clayton Crest Avenue from South 26^th Street to South 27^th Street

On the north side of West Dixon Street from South 67^th Street to a point 40 feet west

On West State Street from North 35^th Street to a point 230 feet west of North 46^th Street

On the north side of West Walker Street from a point 110 feet east of South 6^th Street to a point 40 feet east thereof from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West State Street from North 46^th Street to North 47^th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday”

“On the south side of West State Street from North 38^th Street to a point 350 feet west thereof from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day except where no parking is in effect”

Part 5.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Otjen Street from South Williams Street to South Lenox Street
