WHEREAS, Travaux Inc. solicited sealed bids by Official Notice Number 57870 during the period July 27, 2018 through August 14, 2018 for Footings and Foundation for Multi-Family Apartment Building 2.3 at Westlawn Gardens Phase 2; and

WHEREAS, one sealed bid was received by the deadline of 2:00 PM (CDST) on August 14, 2018; and

WHEREAS, the sealed bid was received and publicly opened on August 14, 2018, during which bidding procedure was conducted in compliance with the requirements of local, state, and federal regulations; and

WHEREAS, Oostburg Concrete Products Inc., the lowest bidder and a qualified and competent bidder, submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the amount of $445,250.00, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of Travaux Inc. that they hereby authorize and approve accepting the bid of and entering into a contract with Oostburg Concrete Products Inc. for Footings and Foundation for Multi-Family Apartment Building 2.3 at Westlawn Gardens Phase 2; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that funds for these services will come from Westlawn Renaissance III LLC; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of Travaux Inc. be and hereby are authorized and directed to properly execute said contract for and on behalf of Travaux Inc.; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that if any extensions of the time of performance are needed the officers of Travaux Inc. may approve such request without any further action of the Board of Directors Travaux Inc.; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that all of above is contingent upon receiving the approval of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, if required; and, be it
