RESOLVED, by Travaux Inc. board of directors that the Travaux Inc. employee handbook is hereby approved; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chief Executive Officer authorize the appropriate staff to take all action necessary to present the new employee handbook to all current and future staff.
