Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of North 4^th Street from north curb line of West Hadley Street to a point 250 feet north thereof at any time”

“On the east side of South 77^th Street from the south curb line of West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 500 feet south thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

“On the west side of North 118^th Street from West Silver Spring Drive to a point 500 feet north thereof at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Jackson Street from a point 177 feet north of East State Street to a point 40 feet north thereof

On the west side of North 118^th Street from West Silver Spring Drive to West Silver Spring Road

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Parnell Avenue from South 27^th Street to a point 500 feet east from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"

“On the east side of South 77^th Street from a point 500 feet south of West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 750 feet further south thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

“On the west side of South 77^th Street from a point 500 feet south of West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 750 feet south thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Florida Street from South 1^st Street to a point 200 feet east from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday

Part 5.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 11^th Street from West Dakota Street to West Manitoba Street

On South 26^th Street from West Mineral Street to West Scott Street
