Minutes note: Ald. Terry Witkowski at the table. Ald. Witkowski has four mobile home parks in his district. Currently, the only entity that can object to an issuance of a mobile home park license is the Department of Neighborhood Services. Ald. Witkowski says that the licensee of a problem mobile home park received his license on the condition that he make ten changes over a two-year period, including finding a new owner for the park. He says that this licensee has yet to comply with all the required changes. Ald. Hamilton moves to make the DNS record on Mobile Home Parks part of the official record. Prevailed 5-0. Ald. This resolution authorizes the issuance of four mobile home park licenses.

Body

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Clerk be and hereby is authorized and directed to issue a mobile home park license to Dan Daniels, Tower View Properties, Inc., for the premises at 4221 S. 6th St and the premises at 700 W. Layton Ave; to Eleanore Wildenberg-Klug, Evergreen Hotel & Mobile Court, for the premises at 3774 S. 27th St.; and to Zellmer Fromm, Collegiate Mobile Home Park, for the premises at 6160 S. 6th St. for a period of one year commencing July 1, 2009 and ending June 30, 2010.
