Analysis
This resolution amends a lease agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC for the placement of personal communications services antennas at the Milwaukee Fire Department facility located at 8814 W. Lisbon Avenue which was authorized by Common Council Resolution File Number 010247 adopted on July 17, 2001, and amended via Common Council Resolution File Number 151313.

Whereas, The Common Council adopted Resolution File Number 010247 on July 17, 2001 approving a lease agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC for the placement of personal communications services antennas at the Milwaukee Fire Department facility located at 8814 W. Lisbon Avenue (the “Lease”); and

Whereas, The Common Council adopted Resolution File Number 151313 on June 14, 2016 which amended the Lease to reflect a change in facilities; and

Whereas, The Department of Administration, working with the City Attorney's Office, has negotiated a second amendment to the Lease; and

Whereas, This second amendment of the lease agreement between the City and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC for the placement of personal communications services antennas at the fire station located at 8814 W. Lisbon Avenue, allows New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC to further upgrade its facilities; and

Whereas, The Lease offers a fair market value to the City, protects other City interests, and is acceptable to all City participants; now, therefore, be it
