Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of East Locust Street from North Bartlett Avenue to North Newhall Street from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

“On the south side of East Locust Street from North Newhall Street to a point 120 feet east”

“On the east side of South Shore Drive from East Nock Street to East Estes Street”

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of East Locust Street from the east curb line of North Newhall Street to a point 50 feet east thereof at any time”

“On the south side of East Locust Street from North Humboldt Boulevard to a point 500 feet east from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South Shore Drive from East Nock Street to East Estes Street

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Newberry Boulevard from North Hackett Avenue to North Summit Avenue from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday

Part 5. Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-away Zones is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of East Locust Street from North Bartlett Avenue to North Newhall Street from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 6. Section 101-24-1-d of the Code relating to Tow-away Zones is amended by striking the following:
