By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the sum of $19,302.50 payable to Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown, 330 E. Kilbourn Avenue #1170, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202 to reimburse them for legal fees for defense of the following police officers:
