Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the sum of $18,057.50 payable to Cermele & Matthews, S.C., 6310 West Bluemound Road, Suite 200, Milwaukee, WI  53213 to reimburse them for legal fees for defense of Police Officers Dean Lidwin and Timothy Meinecke; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the check for $18,057.50 is to be delivered upon presentation of a proper release, approved by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Damages and Claims Account -636506- Fund No. 0001 - Organization 1490- Program 2631 - Sub Class S118.
