Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Alliance Development Corporation for light manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment and packaging, and offices uses on the site.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 8501 West Brown Deer Road, Tax Key No. 042-0041-100, from Regional Business (RB1) to Industrial-Light (IL1).
