Title

Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Ann Shuk and will accommodate the creation of three single-family residential lots for future development, consistent with the General and Detailed Planned Developments.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for part of 2320 North Lake Drive, Tax Key No. 318-0081-110 (Lots 2, 3 and 4 of CSM DCD No. 3183), from General Planned Development (GPD) and Detailed Planned Development (DPD) to Single-Family Residential (RS5).
