Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Multi-Family Residential, RM4, to Industrial-Light, IL2, for part of the property located at 1746-1748 North 5th Street, on the east side of North 5th Street, south of West Vine Street, in the 6th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was requested by Mike Grinker and will allow the southeast portion of the property at 1746-1748 North 5th Street to be combined with the property to the south, which is zoned IL2.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for part of 1746-1748 North 5th Street, Tax Key No. 353-0915-100 (limits reflected in Exhibit A and Lot 1 of CSM DCD No. 3200), from RM4 (Multi-Family Residential) to IL2 (Industrial-Light).
