b.                     Inform residents of the health risks of blood-lead poisoning, the sources of lead contamination and the means of limiting or eliminating exposure to lead hazards.

c.                     Educate residents on what resources are available to test for blood-lead poisoning, identify lead hazards in the home and limit or eliminate exposure to lead hazards, and assist residents in accessing these resources.

Residents must be informed in writing no assessment of lead hazards is conducted as part of this specialized cleaning, and specialized cleaning cannot permanently eliminate any lead hazard.
