Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Mc Kinley Avenue from West Highland Avenue to North 42nd Street”

“On North 79th Street from West Burleigh Street to West Auer Avenue from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

“On the west side of North 79th Street from West Burleigh Street north to the first east/west alley from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday”
