Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Wisconsin Avenue from North 94^th Street to a point 70 feet west

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Burleigh Street from North 78^th Street to North 79^th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of East Bay Street from the east curb line of South Aldrich Street to a point 180 feet east thereof”

“On West Burleigh Street between North 76^th and North 80^th Streets, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM excepting Mondays and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM”

“On East Florida Street from South 1^st Street to east to the railroad bridge from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday”

“On the south side of West Washington Street from South 2^nd Street to South 3^rd Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday”

“On the east side of South 41^st Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 165 feet south”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On West Burleigh Street from North 76^th Street and North 77^th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday

On the south side of West Burleigh Street from North 77^th Street and North 79^th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday

On West Burleigh Street from North 79^th Street and North 80^th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday

On the north side of West Greenfield Avenue from South 35^th Street to South 36^th Street from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday

Part 5.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 15^th Place from West Dakota Street north to the railroad tracks
