Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said this is a return project from last fall, a complete re-design and he recommends approval. The lighting was worked out with the applicants. Structure will be clad with hardie plank with wood trim. Staff recommends approval with conditions contained in the report. The applicant is fine with those condtions.
