Title

Analysis

This zoning change was requested by MKE Industrial Park LLC and will permit industrial uses on the northern portion of the site.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for a portion of 6000 South 6th Street, Tax Key No. 687-0751-000, Lot 1 of proposed CSM DCD No. 3199, from Multi-Family Residential (RM1) to Industrial-Light (IL1).
