A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-9.5 of the Code relating to No Loitering on Medians is amended by adding the following:

At the intersection of West Good Hope Road and North 107^th Street

At the intersection of North Lovers Lane Road and West Silver Spring Drive

On West Silver Spring Drive at Interstate 41 on and off ramps

Part 2. Section 101-10-2 of the Code relating to No Turn on Red Signal is amended by striking the following:

“North Downer Avenue and East Belleview Place for eastbound, westbound and southbound approaches”

“On West State Street at North 54^th Street westbound”

Part 3. Section 101-10-2 of the Code relating to No Turn on Red Signal is amended by adding the following:

On East Belleview Place at North Downer Avenue westbound

Part 4.  Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:

“On West Lynx Avenue at North 87^th Street”

“On West Townsend Street at North 86^th Street”

Part 5.  Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:

On North 86^th Street at West Potomac Avenue

On South 18^th Street at South Pearl Street

On South 56^th Court/South 56^th Street at West Stack Drive

On West Lynx Avenue and North 87^th Street in all directions

On West Townsend Street and North 86^th Street in all directions

Part 6.  Section 101-18-1 of the Code relating to No Heavy Traffic is amended by adding the following:

On South 51^st Street between West Morgan Avenue and West Cold Spring Road
