Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said that interior renovations would require rebuilding three walls and eliminate a small side area, the addition of windows, a small roof would be removed and there would also be work on the balcony. A chimney will also be removed which is minimally visible to the public. There will be 6 windows total, with 4 being totally brand new. Staff had one minor condition of keeping the original doors once removed so if future owners wish to use them.
