Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said the adjacent neighbor supports the driveway and he has no objections as staff. A new dormer has been proposed instead of the existing skylight and staff supports this change. Staff asks that this not set precedent and meets the conditions as proposed by staff. The cedar fence shall be treated or painted and the plants shall separate the driveway from the adjacent neighbor.
