Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said the windows are on the second and third floors on the front facade as well as on other facades. Other work was also done without obtaining a COA. The former owner is the applicant's brother and the applicant, in 2016, received more than sufficient notice that work on windows requires a COA. Staff recommend denial. Jovan Torbicka - previous owner - he applied for work on the first floor. The first floor is a commercial renter and the second floor is residential rental.
