Whereas, To facilitate closing of Year 2008 financial books, appropriating $177,506 from the 2008 Parking Contingent Fund account to the 2008 Payment in Lieu of Taxes account is necessary; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that an appropriation of $177,506 from the 2008 Parking Contingent Fund (#0450-6610-0001-R664-006300) (2008) to the 2008 Payment in Lieu of Taxes account (#0450-6610-0001-R663-006300) (2008) be performed by the Comptroller.
