This resolution approves a technical correction to the Project/Grant and Fund Numbers stated in Common Council File No. 060154, which was adopted by the Common Council on June 20, 2006.
Body
Whereas, On June 20, 2006, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted File No. 060154, which approved application, acceptance and funding of a WE Energies Energy efficiency Quick Start Program Grant to offset material costs of the installation of Light Emitting diode traffic signal lamps within the City of Milwaukee; and
Whereas, The City Comptroller requested a technical correction to the Project/Grant and Aid Fund stated in said Common Council File to reflect that the grant project is a capital grant and not an operating grant; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Project/Grant No. GR0000600000 and Fund No. 0150 listed in Common Council File No. 060154 are hereby technically corrected to Project/Grant No. SP032090100 and Fund No. 0306; and, be it
Further Resolved, That all other aspects of Common Council File No. 060154 remain unchanged.
