Analysis

This resolution provides funds for the repair and/or the replacement of underground conduit manholes at various locations due to the age and condition of the manholes, and it authorizes the transfer of the remaining 2008 funds for the general purposes indicated.

Body

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to repair and/or replace underground conduit manholes at various locations; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the Comptroller’s office is authorized and directed to transfer $200,000 from the Underground Conduit Manhole Reconstruction budget, Account Number ST285090000 to the general purpose sub-account indicated below:
