Analysis
This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to install traffic control signals at the intersections of East Burleigh Street at North Humboldt Boulevard, West Roosevelt Drive at North Teutonia Avenue, and North Broadway at East St. Paul Avenue.
Body
Whereas, Due to changes in traffic patterns and safety, traffic signals have become warranted at the intersections of East Burleigh Street at North Humboldt Boulevard, West Roosevelt Drive at North Teutonia Avenue, and North Broadway at East St. Paul Avenue; and

Whereas, The total estimated cost for installation of these three signals is $210,000 and funding is available in the Division's Capital Improvement Fund Project/Grant Number ST22008000; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works is authorized to install new traffic control signals at the intersections of East Burleigh Street at North Humboldt Boulevard, West Roosevelt Drive at North Teutonia Avenue, and North Broadway at East St. Paul Avenue; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to transfer funds in the amount of $210,000 from the Traffic Control Facilities Parent Account Number ST220080000 to the sub account indicated as follows:
