This resolution approves an affidavit that corrects the omission of the referenced name of “Westlawn” in the Headings and Surveyor’s Certificate of the Westlawn West Final Subdivision Plat as well as changes to Common Council File No. 171000.

Whereas, The Westlawn West Subdivision, a recorded subdivision plat, was recorded as Document No. 10735796 in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, on December 8, 2017; and
Whereas, John P. Casucci, a Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor, submitted an affidavit correcting the omission of the referenced subdivision name contained in said subdivision plat as well as changes to Common Council File No. 171000 pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295, Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
