Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Harrison Avenue from South 5^th Street to South 6^th Street on School Days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On North 22^nd Street between West Wells Street and West Wisconsin Avenue”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On West Greenfield Avenue from South 25^th Street to South 26^th Street from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

On the west side of North 35^th Street from a point 90 feet north of West Melvina Street to a point 45 feet north thereof from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday

Part 4.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Homer Street from South Lenox Street to South Logan Avenue

On South Logan Avenue from East Homer Street to East Potter Avenue

On South 34^th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Lapham Street

On South 34^th Street from West Rogers Street to West Becher Street

On South 34^th Street from West Lincoln Avenue to West Arthur Avenue
