Whereas, The claimant, DAK I, LLC on behalf of 1203, LLC, C.I. File No. 1048-2017-1871, has filed a claim against the City of Milwaukee in the amount of $14,595, and
Whereas, The City has agreed to settle the claim of DAK I, LLC on behalf of 1203, LLC in the amount of $14,595, and
Whereas, The City Attorney recommends and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to pay these claims; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that proper city officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City check in the amount of $14,595, payable to the order of DAK I, LLC and 1203, LLC, c/o David Erlandson, 7448 N. Teutonia Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53209, in full and final payment of these claims, upon receipt of releases of claims, approved as to form and execution by the City Attorney; said amounts to be charged to (DA) 636506-0001-1490-2631-S118.
