Analysis
This resolution approves an agreement between American Sewer Services, Inc. and the City that:

1. Terminates one American Sewer Services contract.
2. Rejects American Sewer Services’ bid on an un-awarded contract.
3. Prohibits American Sewer Services from rebidding on the either of these contracts.
4. Stipulates American Sewer Services will not contest any provision of this agreement.

Body
Whereas, American Sewer Services performs infrastructure repairs and improvements throughout the City under various contracts with the City; and

Whereas, American Sewer Services and its employees have demonstrated, through inappropriate behavior and the display of hate symbols, a callous disregard for the values of the City and the residents of the diverse neighborhoods where these repairs and improvements are being made; and

Whereas, The Public Works Commissioner has executed an agreement with American Sewer Services, Inc., which is attached to this file, that:

1. Terminates one American Sewer Services, Inc. contract.
2. Rejects American Sewer Services, Inc.’s ’ bid on an un-awarded contract.
3. Prohibits American Sewer Services from rebidding on the either of these contracts.
4. Stipulates American Sewer Services, Inc. will not contest any provision of this agreement.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council approves the agreement, which is attached to this file, between American Sewer Services, Inc. and the City of Milwaukee that:
