Title

Analysis
This substitute ordinance establishes a Development Incentive Zone and approves Exhibit A relating to permitted and prohibited uses and Exhibit B relating to performance standards.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances (“Code”) a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-1007(2)(b).0017. The zoning map is amended to establish the Development Incentive Zone (DIZ) for the area bounded by the east line of Parcel 1 of C.S.M. No. 2982, the south line of Parcel 1 of C.S.M. No. 2982 extended easterly, 125 feet to the east line of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company R.O.W., the east line of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company R.O.W., the south line of Parcel 1 of C.S.M. No. 3369, the southwest lines of Parcels 2, 3 and 4 of C.S.M. No. 3369, the southwest lines of Parcels 1 and 2 of C.S.M. No. 3135, the south line of Parcel 2 of C.S.M. No. 3135, the southwest line of North Industrial Road, a line approximately 100 feet northwest and parallel to the southeast line of Lot 2 of C.S.M. No. 5513, the northeast line of North Industrial Road, the northeast line of Lot 2 of C.S.M. No. 5513, the southwest line of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation R.O.W., the east line of Parcel 2 of C.S.M. No. 3161, the northeast line of North Industrial Road, the west line of Parcel 2 of C.S.M. No. 3161, and the southwest line of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation R.O.W.
