Body
Whereas, Common Council Resolution File Number 170979, adopted October 17, 2017, directs the City Clerk to sign the Memorandum of Understanding dated September 2017 between Yolobe, Inc., and the City of Milwaukee, authorizing the City to accept as a gift services specified in the Memorandum of Understanding from Yolobe, Inc.; and
Whereas, The City Clerk’s Office agrees to direct the purchase of services from Yolobe, Inc., and Yolobe, Inc., agrees to supply its services to develop, update, and maintain Click2Work for the City in accordance with the City’s terms and conditions; and
Whereas, Yolobe, Inc. and the City of Milwaukee have negotiated an agreement; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the contract between Yolobe, Inc. and the City of Milwaukee relating to the creation and implementation of Click2Work, substantially in the form of the contract attached to this file, with such revisions as may be required by the City Attorney, is approved; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the appropriate City officials are directed to execute the contract on behalf of the City of Milwaukee, and to take all actions necessary and appropriate actions to fulfill the terms and conditions of the contract; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the appropriate City officials shall report the status of the implementation of Click2Work to the Common Council one year after passage of this resolution.
