Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2018 offices and positions in the City Service.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:
Department of City Development, Common Council - City Clerk, Election Commission, Employes’ Retirement System, Fire and Police Commission, Health Department, Library, Department of Neighborhood Services, Police Department, Department of Public Works
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 170681 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Common Council - City Clerk, Central Administration Division”, add one position of “Workforce Development Specialist”.

Under “Research and Analysis Section, delete one position of “Legislative Fiscal Analyst Lead”.

Under “Department of City Development, General Management and Policy Development Decision Unit”, add section “RACM - Real Estate & Development” and add section “RACM - Development Team”.

Under “RACM - Real Estate & Development”, add one position of “Assistant Executive Director - Secretary”, add one position of “Development Manager”, add one position of “Real Estate Specialist”, add two positions of “Senior Environmental Project Engineer”, add one position of “Communication and Media Manager”, and add four positions of “RACM Graduate Intern”.

Under “RACM - Development Team”, add one position of “Development Manager” and add one position of “Senior Economic Development Specialist”.

Under “Election Commission, General Office”, add one position of “Program Assistant I”.

Under “Fire and Police Commission”, add one position of “Investigator/Auditor” and add two positions of “Risk Management Specia...
