Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of West St Paul Avenue from a point approximately 550 feet west of North 19th Street to a point 105 feet further west thereof at any time”
“On the west side of South 15th Place from West Greenfield Avenue to West Orchard Street”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side West Orchard Street from South 29th Street to South 30th Street from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM on School Days
On the north side West Parnell Avenue from South 25th Street to a point 45 feet west
On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 325 feet east of West Greves Street to a point 30 feet east thereof
On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 390 feet east of West Greves Street to a point 30 feet east thereof
On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 485 feet east of West Greves Street to a point 30 feet east thereof
On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 545 feet east of West Greves Street to a point 30 feet east thereof
On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 635 feet east of West Greves Street to a point 30 feet east thereof
On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 700 feet east of West Greves Street to a point 30 feet east thereof
On the east side of South 20th Street from West Wood Avenue to a point 40 feet south
On the west side of South 29th Street from West Orchard Street to a point 290 feet south from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM on School Days
