Analysis
This resolution grants a special privilege to Midwest Refrigerated Services Incorporated to install and maintain a business sign in the public right-of-way for the premises 11225 West County Line Road.
Body
Whereas, The applicant is requesting permission to install and maintain a portion of a business sign in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Said sign may only legally encroach into the public right-of-way by granting of a special privilege resolution adopted by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Midwest Refrigerated Services Incorporated, 11225 West County Line Road, Milwaukee, WI 53224 is hereby granted the following special privilege:

To install and maintain a monument sign in the south, 43-foot wide sidewalk area of West County Line Road adjacent to 11225 West County Line Road. Said sign is centered on the southline of West County Line Road so that 4 feet of the sign projects into the public right-of-way. In its entirety, the sign is 8 feet wide and 6 feet 6 inches tall.

Said above-mentioned sign shall be used, kept and maintained to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services. All necessary permits shall have been obtained prior to the granting of this special privilege.

Said sign shall be maintained or removed from the public right-of-way, at such future time as it is no longer needed, to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services.
