Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of South 6^th Street from the south curb line of West Harrison Avenue to a point 60 feet south thereof at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side West Harrison Avenue from South 6^th Street to a point 60 feet west

Part 3.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Month is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of East Auer Avenue from North Richards Street to North Fratney Street”

“On the south side of East Auer Avenue from North Fratney Street to North Humboldt Boulevard”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Month is amended by striking the following:

On the north side of East Auer Avenue from North Richards Street to North Pierce Street

Part 5.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:

On West Vliet Street from West Highland Boulevard to North 46^th Street
