Body
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) solicited proposals by Official Notice No. 57812 on August 22, 2017 for Housing Management Software System; and
WHEREAS, two proposals were received by the deadline of 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 11, 2017; and
WHEREAS, after careful review of the proposals received, staff of the HACM recommends that Yardi Systems, Inc. the highest ranked firm submitted the most responsive proposal and is the best qualified; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee that they be and hereby authorize and approve accepting the proposal of and entering into a contract with Yardi Systems, Inc. for Housing Management Software, not to exceed $283,398.00; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funds for these services will come from Capital Fund Program; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the HACM be and hereby are authorized and directed to properly execute said contract for and on behalf of the Authority; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that all acts previously performed, relative to this matter, by the Commissioners and the Secretary Executive Director of the Authority, be and hereby are approved, ratified, and confirmed in all respects.
