Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said the owners since 1982 have not been kind to this building, except the current owner, who is proposing to replace all windows with wood windows and he has uncovered some windows under the siding. He will be replicating trim from a nearby house as this house has no original trim remaining except for one window in the peak.
