Scot Johnson - ROC Productions stated that the alternate route will include Broadway instead of Erie St. Ald. Kovac asked for clarification of the solution and asked if one cone caused the offset. Analysis

This ordinance provides that a special event permit shall contain the name and signature of the common council member in whose district the event is to occur.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 105-55.5-3-0 of the code is amended to read:

105-55.5.  Special Event Permits.

3.  CONTENTS OF PERMIT.  Each special >>event<< permit shall [[state]] >>contain<< the following information: 

Part 2.  Section 105-55.5-3-h of the code is renumbered 105-55.5-3-i.

Part 3.  Section 105-55.5-3-h of the code is created to read:

h.  The name and signature of the common council member in whose district the event is to occur.
