Analysis

This zoning change was initiated by the City of Milwaukee and will permit the former Milwaukee Public Schools building to be redeveloped into multi-family housing.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2442 North 20th Street, Tax Key No. 324-1642-111, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Multi-Family Residential (RM4).
