Whereas, The Licenses Committee held an evidentiary hearing concerning this matter on November 13, 2017; and

Whereas, The Licenses Committee received a request to withdraw the revocation complaint; now, therefore, it is

Moved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the revocation complaint for the Class B Tavern and Food Dealer licenses of Brett Henning, agent for BAJ Inc for the premises at 7424 N 60^th Street doing business as "Brett’s Farmhouse" is withdrawn.
