Title

A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential, RT4, to Institutional, TL, for the properties located at 1531 and 1533 South 29th Street, on the west side of South 29th Street, south of West Orchard Street, in the 8th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This zoning change was requested by the Nativity Jesuit Academy and will allow the properties at 1531 and 1533 South 29th Street to be combined with the school site to the north, 1515 South 29th Street, which is zoned Institutional.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 1531 South 29th Street, Tax Key No. 458-1201-000, and 1533 South 29th Street, Tax Key No. 458-1202-000, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Institutional (TL).
