Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential, RT4, to Multi-Family Residential, RM5, to facilitate adaptive reuse of the former Milwaukee Public Schools building into housing at 1715 North 37th Street, located on the west side of North 37th Street, north of West Walnut Street, in the 15th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was initiated by the City of Milwaukee and will permit the former Milwaukee Public Schools building to be redeveloped into multi-family housing.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 1715 North 37th Street, Tax Key No. 366-0384-110, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Multi-Family Residential (RM5).
