Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of North 39^th Street between West Hampton Avenue and the alley south of West Hampton Avenue, at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South Howell Avenue from a point 230 feet south of East Homer Street to a point 30 feet south thereof from 8:00AM to 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday

On the north side of West Walnut Street from North 19^th Street to a point 60 feet east

On the west side of North Water Street from a point 60 feet south of East Hamilton Street to a point 15 feet south thereof

On the west side of South Whitnall Avenue from South Taylor Avenue to a point 30 feet north

On the west side of North 39^th Street from West Hampton Avenue to a point 50 feet south
