Body
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) received the 2013 Capital Fund Program Grant from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) effective 9/9/2013 in the amount or $4,079,190; and
WHEREAS, the HACM applied this grant to various eligible activities that included operations, administration, management improvements, architectural and engineering services, ADA/504 accommodations, mitigation of environmental hazards, non-dwelling equipment, and various modernization projects, including elevator modernization at Arlington Court, Becher Court, College Court, Hillside Terrace, Locust Court, and Mitchell Court; facade restoration at Holton Terrace and Mitchell Court; and the resident services building/management and maintenance facility at Westlawn; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority obligated and expended the 2013 Capital Fund Program funds by the HUD deadline date of 9/9/2017; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee hereby approve the Final Performance and Evaluation Report for the 2013 Capital Fund Program Grant and close-out documentation; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary-Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to submit the Final Performance and Evaluation Report for the 2013 Capital Fund Program Grant and close-out documentation to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
