Minutes note: Ms. Carlen Hatala said there will be some demolition and removal of fence sections for a rear biergarten. A bar will be installed with a thatch roof and a new concession building and a restroom area, storage and a new walk-in cooler. There will also be a new garage as well as plantings and a wood trellis. Staff needs to get more details on the walk-in cooler for either staff or commission approval. Staff recommends with conditions outlined in the staff report.
